Marvel have re-titled The Avengers in the UK, changing the title to Marvel Avengers Assemble to avoid confusion with a 1960s TV show called The Avengers. They've also announced a brand new release date of April 26 in the UK (that's eight days before the US release - heh heh) and released a poster to accompany the title change:
MARVEL AVENGERS ASSEMBLE IS RELEASED IN THE UK ON APRIL 26, AND ON MAY 4 IN THE US.
